Refund Policy
BRT Broadband provides prepaid internet services, and once a plan is activated, the amount paid is generally non-refundable. However, a refund may be considered in special situations such as when installation is not possible, the service is unavailable in the customer’s area, or the payment has been successfully made but the service has not been activated within a reasonable time. In cases where there is a major technical issue from the company’s side that cannot be resolved within a specified period, the customer may also be eligible for a refund after review.
Refund requests must be submitted by the customer with proper details including registered mobile number, customer ID, and payment information. Once the request is reviewed and approved, the refund will be processed within 7 to 10 working days and credited back to the original payment method.
BRT Broadband does not provide refunds in cases where the customer has already started using the service, changes their mind after activation, or faces issues caused by personal devices or local network conditions. Recharge or renewal plans are also non-refundable once processed.
If any equipment or router is provided with a refundable security deposit, the deposit will be returned only after the device is collected in good working condition. BRT Broadband reserves the right to approve or reject any refund request and to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
